Have you ever found leadership lessons in unexpected places? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Here’s one of mine -
The University of Notre Dame’s Grotto has always been a place of reflection, resilience, and faith for me. These qualities are essential in life and business—helping us navigate challenges, stay grounded in our values, and lead with purpose.
As we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, I’m reminded that faith and perseverance are deeply rooted in Irish heritage.
The Fighting Irish spirit isn’t just about sports—it’s about determination, belief, and community, qualities that shape both leadership and success.
This personalized rendition painting captures a special moment: my husband and I walking toward the Grotto, a place that has offered peace and perspective in so many moments.
Just as this sacred space has been a source of strength, I believe faith—whether spiritual or faith in our mission—can be a guiding force in leadership and business.
Wishing you all a St. Patrick’s Day filled with faith, luck, and a bit of Irish inspiration!
