Tana’s diverse business experience in corporate America includes companies specializing in defense intelligence contracting, information systems, executive recruiting, and construction equipment rental. It was in the midst of her experience in this last industry, while working as a business analyst for NationsRent (now Sunbelt Rentals), that she was first introduced to franchising and became an active member of the International Franchise Association.

 

She later joined Tutor Time Childcare Learning Centers with franchises nationwide, where she helped franchisee candidates learn and navigate the franchise buying process. With her move to The Cleaning Authority, she assumed a significant franchise development role, working with franchisee candidates by discussing their goals for business ownership, educating them on the concept and industry, providing market research, assisting in determining territory, and, ultimately, helping them reach their dreams of owning a franchise. She played an instrumental role in helping The Cleaning Authority become a large national brand.
